Thing #1

After listening to 7 and a half habits of highly successful lifelong learners, I realized that I do most of these things without even thinking about it. Some are harder for me than others, as I am sure is the same for most people, but I realize that every one of them are important. The easiest of the seven and a half habits would be "play." It might not be such a good habit for me at times. Instead of viewing my problems as a challenge, as suggested in habit three, I tend to view them as a barrier, blocking me from moving forward. If I come across one of these barriers, I would much rather play than try and rise to the challenge. The habit that I would say is easiest and most effective for me is habit one, to begin with the end in mind. Before I start anything I picture the end resuld and what I would want it to be. I can set clear goals and it helps me accomplish them rather than working blindly, not knowing what I want to come of the project I have started.
